About the office Our patients are seen by appointment. Please call in advance so we may reserve a specific time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients (really!), and ask that you extend that same courtesy to us. If you can’t keep an appointment, please notify us immediately—if we’re not here the answering machine is always on ‘til opening time. This courtesy will make it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient requiring similar needs. Regular adjustment appointment times are reserved primarily early and late in the day. This means that most of a patient’s treatment can be scheduled so work and school are interrupted as little as possible. We reserve a limited amount of time each day so emergency patients may be seen quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible. After hour emergency contact numbers can always be acquired through our answering machine. |
